Bird Table

#doodlewashMarch2022: Bird Table

Did you know that a information-gathering meeting of senior government officials is sometimes called a bird table meeting?

My friend Mary Roff surprised me with one of her wonderful Handmade Multi Media Journals! I’ll be reviewing it soon! It has pages made with 15 different papers. Oddly, I never start a journal like this on the first page, but jump around doing a page here and a page there. I started this one on Stonehenge Aqua Black, which is a black paper formulated for watercolor.

This is book is going to be so much fun!

Each one of her books is unique and handmade – If you are interested in learning more, you can find my earlier review of one of her watercolor journals at Doodlewash.

You can purchase her journals on her Etsy page PaintsPalettesPages.

Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work.
