#DoodlewashAugust2021 prompt: Lake. Yeah, those blue splotches look like lakes. I think they’re lakes.
This was meant to be one of the video examples for a review. I was this far in when I realized the camera was off. Turns out it had turned off almost immediately after I started.
If the camera hadn’t turned off, I would have continued to work on this. Having stopped when I did, I decided I liked it. Maybe that’s why it happened. The camera knew if I been paying attention to the painting rather than the review, I’d say “Somebody stop me!”

Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work.

I like it, too. making sure that video is running is hard sometimes
Thank you, Alice! I don’t know how often I’ve had to redo because I didn’t notice the camera was off. It’s so annoying!
