It’s the Fourth of July and Independence Day here in the U.S. Fireworks have been banned to due extreme heat and fire danger, so I thought I’d just cool off with color-coordinated treats!
Have a fun and safe day whether you celebrate or not. Stay cool (or warm as weather dictates)!

this looks yummy! we had fireworks here last night. – belle is not a fan of fireworks. raining all day today so I guess they did them a day early. happy 4th, sandra!
Thank you, Alice! I was craving ice cream the whole time I painted this. We had a few fireworks and will probably have a few tonight, but they’ve been banned so we don’t expect too many.
