Hedgehog Raspberry

My giveaway of five Hahnemühle Cold Press Postcard Tins ends Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT. Have you entered yet?

#DoodlewashJune2021 prompt: Hedgehog

Did you know that hedgehogs can walk 1 or 2 miles in their evening search for food? That’s a lot of walking for those tiny legs!

Still learning the ins and outs of pigment-based watercolor ink. Turns out they mix okay with gouache, so I’m adding a little white to tone the color down here and there. I think the biggest challenge will be learning how much water I want to use. So what else is new when it come to watercolor, lol?

Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work.
