I haven’t had much time for painting while at my brother’s house in Florida but I had to paint the visitor who stopped by this morning in search of blueberries.

Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work.

I miss seeing peacocks since moving to Maine. they are so beautiful and you captured this one so well
When the medical team came earlier this week, they had trouble getting to the house, because this guy was on the road, displaying his feathers, and cars were stopped, lined up on the road so they could take his photo!
What an elegant visitor! (At least until they open their beak!) 🙂 I hope you are finding this a good break…until yesterday’s sun break~ you certainly picked a good time to be gone! Enjoy the different flora and fauna! Happy Easter!
Thank you, Judy! Yesterday, it was sunnier in Portland than it was where I am in Florida, lol! It hasn’t been bad, and I actually prefer it a little less warmer and less humid so I’m happy.
