#doodlewashmarch2021 prompt: Duckling.

A while back I filled a Hahnemühle ZigZag book with GelliArts backgrounds and I used one of them to paint this little guy. Gouache on Gouache! – the background done with a Gelli Arts block and then the duckling painted using my Black Tulip brushes.

Sorry I haven’t been online much lately. A lot of life just getting in the way, Spring Cleaning and such, and then an update to my Mac’s operating system screwed up my passwords so I couldn’t sign in to anything and that took a few days to fix. Technology! You can’t live with it and you can’t live without it!

I’ll be flying to Florida to visit family soon, so I probably still won’t be online as much until sometime in April.

Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work.

  1. There’s the Easter bunny, and the “PEEPS” and now the Easter Duckling! So bright and festive!
Have a WONDERFUL, restful, family time in Florida. You need a break! 😉
