Mother & Child-Postcards for the Lunch Bag

Doodlewash prompt: Young

I intended to paint this in, but ran out of time to use it for the prompt, but I’ll get around to it sooner or later.

Did you know that the word prosimian means ‘before monkeys’? Lemur are prosimians of the primate order which is made up of ‘monkeys’, ‘prosimians’ and ‘apes’.

Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work.

  1. Happy New Year! I’ve followed your art for yrs…..you started me on the tangling path, and got me through a dark time. For that I’ll always be grateful to you especially because you elevated tangling to a fine art and you were such a rebel not obeying “the rules”.

Would you kindly unsubscribe me? I can’t do it from your site. I’ve tried…

    Nina

  2. Beautiful pen-sketch drawing….not need for color! Your subject “grasp” always leaves me “aghast!” 🙂
