Awwwe, this guy has a slightly worried expression. He made it through Thanksgiving but will he dodge a bullet for Christmas. So colorful and accurate. I’ve eaten wild turkey, but I think I prefer the fat fresh or frozen kind, after cleaning and plucking and singeing the thing. But I DO like the wild edge to the meat. You caught that wild edge!
