Rhododendron Blossom

This is my painting from Melissa Gannon’s third class.

I’m working on another review, and kind of snuck this in, so I didn’t do the preliminary painting. I just drew it with a pencil and then painted. I did watch Melissa’s videos, a little here and a little there, but didn’t paint until afterward.

I can’t decide if I like it. I’ll have to come back in a week or two, and decide then.

And I painted it upside down in the journal I’m using for the class. Ah well, it had to happen at some point, lol.

Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work.
