Prompts:
- Inktober – Mistfit
- Doodlewash – Sloth
Today I used my Postcard for the Lunch Bag for my Inktober drawing. The sloth is kind of a misfit, unable to do more than crawl along the ground. Mostly they just hang from trees, letting fungus and molds turn their fur green. But they have been around since prehistoric times – the size of elephants at one time! Maybe being slothful isn’t so bad after all!

Today is the 18th day of Inktober, where anyone who is interested is challenged to do an ink drawing every day! There are prompts: Jake Parker (founder of Inktober) has an official list, but many others have put out lists as well, including the usual set of prompts from Doodlewash.com.
The official Inktober Prompt List.

And the Doodlewash prompt list for the month.

Zebra Pen is joining the fun with a month-long challenge, giving you the chance to win $250 dollars worth of pen products! Just follow zebrapen_us and zebrapen_canada on Instagram, and when you post your Inktober drawing there, use the hashtags #zensationschallenge #Inktober2019 and #Inktober.

…and very lovely in lavender and blue with her baby!
Thank you, Judy!
how could something so sweet be a misfit? I love sloths! Toms even has some shoes with a sloth print right now – I like them! but I haven’t bought them – I am considering the pair with zebras on them. hahahaha!
What a decision! I’m not sure which way I’d go – probably buy them both!
Love this layabout critter, both in color and in black and white.
Thank you, Sharon!
