- Official Inktober Prompt: Ornament
- Doodlewash Prompt: Glass
I don’t believe I have a single glass ornament of any kind. This is because I am one of Nature’s Natural Klutz Wonders of the World. Such breakable things in my immediate vicinity tend to get broken. And I don’t even touch them! Honest! They kind of jump off the shelf or tree or whatever!

Today is the 17th day of Inktober, where anyone who is interested is challenged to do an ink drawing every day!
The official Inktober Prompt List.

And the Doodlewash prompt list for the month.

Zebra Pen is joining the fun with a month-long challenge, giving you the chance to win $250 dollars worth of pen products! Just follow zebrapen_us and zebrapen_canada on Instagram, and when you post your Inktober drawing there, use the hashtags #zensationschallenge #Inktober2019 and #Inktober.

hahaha! me, either! we have hard wood floors and animals. specifically a cat who climbs trees. glass wouldn’t last long. love your post! 🙂
Thank you, Alice! I’m glad I’m not the only one with this problem.
What a wonderful drawing and painting….with that white gel uniball you recommended to me! Very effective.
After looking at this, I want to have my grandkids make snow globe drawings like this for Christmas. They can put their favorite image inside (the twins will chose dinosaurs….so festive!). But I love that way the dark bold edges form a little “framed” drawing.
That sounds like an amazing idea, Judy! I’m sure your grandkids will love it and you’ll love having the drawings.
Lovely ornament, beautiful painted. I have a few glass ornaments that I’ve created for various seasons an yes with to cats they seem to find them entertaining. The now hand from my ceiling an look very unique an a conversation attraction. I keep them spaced a part in a line. Its fun also to give as gift.
Thank you, Joan! Your ornament ornamentation sounds quite lovely! I have a collection of Hallmark Enterprise ornaments that I used to do that with. No place to hang them where I live now.
