Sketchbook Revival

If you are looking for the Life Imitates Doodles Weekly Wednesday Giveaway #13 , you can find it here.

Sketchbook Revival is free workshop hosted by Karen Abend with 26 artists to help you with Inspiration, Tips & Techniques for Your Sketchbook Practice.

Two video sessions each day from two different artists, designed to spark your creativity, inspire your interest and instill the habit of daily creativity.
You’ll be filling your sketchbook with watercolor, pencil, acrylics, collage, ink, charcoal and more.

AND there are free gifts along the way – exclusive lessons, videos and discounts!

The artwork shown here was my result from Charlie O’Shields session which posted earlier. The emphasis was on returning to that feeling of childhood, when you just enjoyed making art instead of judging what you do. We used waterproof pen, crayons/color pencil and watercolor.

It’s already started, but there’s still time to enjoy because the videos are available through May 4.

  1. This would probably be a very good thing for me to start now that life is beginning to look like there’s light through the end of the tunnel. Thanks for telling about it!
