Rhinoceros Dolphin

If you are looking for the Life Imitates Doodles Giveaway #11, you can find it here.

Today, my hubby took a Rhinoceros Dolphinin his lunchbag.

In 1824 along the Sandwich Islands, a possible new species of dolphin was sighted. Because they had a two fins – one on the head – they were named Rhinoceros dolphins. The species has never been confirmed, and it is believed the sighting was in error. Either way, I’m sure they looked nothing like my interpretation, but I couldn’t resist a rhino-headed dolphin, lol.

  1. Love this – I’ve been pondering the fact that I rarely use my purple pens, and I think the trick is to use them over colour rather than on their own. Thanks for the inadvertent advice!
