  1. I love them both. Sunrise holds holds the hopes of a new day and sunrise fills be with gratitude for the day passed. Any sunny day is a good day!

  2. Sunrise – a new day, new adventures and challenges to experience, renewed. (but oh, how inspirational a beautiful sunset is, as well!)

  3. Thank you for another wonderful giveaway. I can never have enough pencil pouches! Sunrise is my favorite because I am a morning person and the sunrise brings with it the promise of a new day.

  4. Thanks for another nice giveaway! I’m not up early enough to see the sunrise, so I’ll have to choose sunset. Because we seldom see any here, they are all the more special when we do!

  5. It all depends on the weather causing some to be more beautiful than others. I can always see mountains in the distance on some sunrises and since I live in a flatland that’s pretty impressive. I love all the colors of both. This is like the “which is your favorite child” question.

  6. Sunsets – here, on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, we have the most beautiful sunsets. They are long and slow with a rainbow of colours depending on the weather.

  7. Sunset. That sinking into blue before black. The day cooling down, night drawing in. A sense of resolution, of rest. And listening out for the last birds to cease their singing and fall silent – most always the blackbirds.

  8. I love sunsets here in Washington. Last night the colors were purple and pink. Then as I turned around the whole sky was pink! It was amazing.

  9. I like sunrise and sunset! If I needed to select, would choose sunset – I have a nicer view of sunset from our home. Thank you to Hahnemühle_USA for the Cappuccino Book, and ZebraPenUS for the Mechanical Colored Pencils.

  10. I am going to say sunset when I am visiting my granddaughter in Phoenix. She is up early and we are busy so don’t usually get to see the sunrise. However I get to enjoy beautiful sunsets as I get dinner ready right outside the kitchen window. I will often stop and grab a photo! So pretty!

  11. I mainly love the sunrise, because of the soft colors in the sky from the false dawn to full sun up. The day is new and restarted.

  12. Hi sandra what a nice giveaway.
I love sunsets as I know I am awake when they happen.
To me they are both equally beautiful

  13. Sunset for me, the unpredictable nature of how light, water molecules, and particulates will refeact colors, then the colors drain away into the dark shadows of evening. It’s like a symphony of light.

  14. sunrise…. birds start chirping, the air gets warmer, and a clean slate begins. thanks for the giveaway!

  15. I love both. Sunshine is the beginning of the new day with a new energy and sunset is the end of it with the silence we need to embrace for the other day. They are magical, everyone in its way. Thank you for the opportunity.

  16. Sunsets…so pretty! And the old saying…red sky in morning, sailors take warning, red sky at night, sailors delight!

  17. Oh Geesh. The thin ribbons of silver yellow or reds peering up from behind the mountains as the sun rises and those rays shooting across the sky.
Or the warm hues of Firey orange as they touch the horizon, as the blue of the sky gives way to that pale almost gray as the first star wrinkles shyly at first.
    I love Both.

  18. Sunrise! I am an early riser and usually have been up for awhile. I love to sit down with my coffee and watch the sunrise!

  19. I love the sunset. Watching the sun come down and give mother earth a good night kiss everyday is just priceless.

  20. Tanto el amanecer como el atardecer destellan el comienzo y el final de un ciclo. Mi preferido es el atardecer pues soy noctambula e indica mi momento más productivo.

  21. Actually I enjoy seeing the subtle shades in the sky of a sunrise. But for drawing and painting, sunsets tend to be a bit more spectacular. Thanks for the giveaway!

  22. Each an every person interprets a sunrise an sunset in their own unique way.
The past, I reflect on all the sunrises in their glory. The present, if by chance I witness the sunrise, I reflect that it has journeyed from the other side of the world an capture it through the lens of my camera. But as for the future, it will be a surprise.

  23. I enjoy the sun setting with vibrant colours of gold and yellows and pinks coming through the trees as the sun lowers in the sky

  24. Thank you for another great giveaway! I really love sunsets when the day has ended and I can relax in the knowledge that the rest of the night is my own.

  25. A couple of years ago we made a point of seeing both the sunset and the sunrise over the Grand Canyon and both were spectacular, but usually I prefer the colors of a sunset. I’m usually rushing to work during the sunrise and only half awake.

  26. Sunset — I’m not a morning person and I love the rainbow hues that come with the setting sun and the lovely fade into twilight.

  27. Sunrise, as others have said, new day, new beginning, let fears, troubles, concerns go, new start new perspective!!

  28. It used to be sunrises until I developed a morning routine I adore. Now I’m reluctant to leave my special place to see one. So it’s been sunsets lately, and the winter sunsets in North Queensland are the best…. not long to wait now 😊

  29. I love the sunset because of the beautiful colours in the sky and than I am Home, with My beloved husband…

  30. Sunsets. I seem to catch more of them than sunrises, even though I do get up pretty early. Where I live, fog happens in the mornings a lot, and I do have a good view of the sunsets from my kitchen window.

  31. Sunset because I am awake! It’s also a beautiful tribute to another day of life and the many wonders that color it.

  32. I love the sunset because of the gorgeous colors and it’s just beautiful to see those colors fade into a comforting blue.

  33. Sunset because for me, it signals my evening, the favorite time of day for me when I can relax and do the things I want to do!

  34. Sunset, definitely! Colours are way more beautiful and there’s a golden light sometimes that cannot be found anywhere else.

  35. Sunrise is easier for me to catch because I’m a night owl & usually still awake @ sunrise & often miss the sunset because it occurs @ dinner time or in the middle of some other activity.

    1. SUNSETS ARE MY FAVORITE. THEY REMIND ME OF ALL OF GOD’S GIFTS I RECEIVED THROUGHOUT THE DAY…A REMINDER TO ENJOY EVERYDAY TO IT’S FULLEST.
