  1. I have so many things I have bought more for the case than the actual item. I wish I could.find these products in the UK.

  2. One year while shopping for Christmas gifts I spotted a beautiful box full of candy. I wanted that box but not the candy so I bought it as a gift for my husband. After he opened the gift, he was surprised. He commented that the box would work great in my dollhouse projects and he gave it to me never the wiser as that was my original intention. Thanks Sandra for your wonderful reviews. I treasure them all.

  3. I have a plethora of little tin call boxes because when I see British tea in them I can’t help myself! They are great pen holders! I also grab all of the treat tins from the gifts we get at work at Christmas. Lots of Harry and David! 🙂

  4. Although I’ve been tempted, I am much too practical and frugal to do that, although a part of me wants to……….I think of it this way…….pretty container or art supplies?…..darn the fixed income!…….. Art supplies always win.

  5. Oh goodie, another chance to win wonderful products. Yes of course I buy for the container! Just recently I couldn’t pass up the Hahnemühle watercolor postcards partly because of the tin.

  6. Awesome awesome give away!!! And yesss all the time I have so many little tins that I literally bought for just thr pretty packaging!!😁❤ thank you for the opportunity!!

  7. I sure have been guilty of buying something because I loved the tin or container.
    However,only in art supplies.
I love that 10th anniversary travelers tin too !!!!
Thank you for the opportunity to win these items sandra!!

  8. Of course I buy things for the containers. Doesn’t everyone?!!! I still have my Larry Bird Wheaties box from the early 1980s. I have saved better packaging than that in the years since!

Up to you whether or not to enter me in the drawing (it’s a great one) because I won the recent on. Your call. But it’s a great opportunity!

  9. Yes, I have to omit I have a few (hehe) tin containers and storage boxes that I have acquired to hold my special treasures. I many times have bought them for what the outside looks like not the contents. 😀

  10. Yes I enjoy purchasing unique tins, an just after christmas the gift card tins came on sale an I soon ended up with 5 different designs, actually 2 have Mom/Baby Polar Bear in different sizes. Because these ones are slim used them for postage stamps, address labels, USB, Memory cards, back up cash, have a old Whitman’s Sampler chocolate tin storing Kneaded Eraser. Almost forgot, 3 1/2 x 3 3/4 scratch cards fit perfectly for the finished design. Always on the look out for the Do I REALLY NEED ANOTHER ONE ?……….

  11. I buy for the tins all the time! If they are small I use them for salves that I make, larger ones work for art or sewing supplies. I would love to win this one. Thank you for the opportunity.

  12. Yes! Yes! Yes! More often that I should admit. Tea tins, pen tins, candy tins, cookie tins, popcorn tins, you name it. It is dangerous for me to wander store aisles around Christmas because that is when the gift tins are aplenty! Naturally I justify the purchase by saying that nothing goes to waste…the contents will be used or eaten and the tin will be repurposed. Thank you for another wonderful giveaway. This one is particularly special because I would love to win a Traveler’s Notebook. With all my fascination (aka obsession) with pens and paper, I have yet to try one of these!

  13. Yes, of course! And when the ‘contents’ are gone — usually I get the ‘refill’. Containers are needed here – we have adopted driveway drop-off cats. Now four of them. I like containers to keep the kitty paws off my supplies! [Do you ever buy something because you want the pretty container?]

  14. Yes I do. I have way more tins and containers than I should but I can’t help myself. I’ll get them because they are pretty or interesting but I always find a use for them.

  15. I am always tempted by beautiful packaging, especially tins, but I know myself well now and can pass up the majority of these temptations. But if the contents are something I would buy anyway? Well, I am human after all 😉

  16. Awesome giveaway again!! Oh yes, I have containers that I can’t remember what was in them! I have a weakness for pretty boxes, tins…anything I can trick myself into justifying that it will help with organizing and be pretty! 😜

  17. Oh, yes – many times! Tins, bottles (who remembers the Avon collectables? I rarely ‘loved’ the contents, but the bottles were fabulous!). These days I indulge only when I know I can use what’s inside, as well. I got a little smarter in my old age – HA!

  18. Of course I buy items just for the container! I really like metal containers- I have a Cat in the Hat metal container that is one of my favorites!

  19. No, but I have saved a lot of containers that I thought were pretty after I used the product. I try to re use things when I can.

  20. We lived in Germany for many years and I have a huge collection of Nuremberg tins. New designs came out every Christmas filled with German cookies which we really didn’t care for but we couldn’t resist the tins! Gave away the cookies and now dozens of tins hold my art supplies and some of them go under the Christmas tree and mimic fancy gifts boxes. Thanks for the giveaway and all that you do to keep us inspired and entertained!

  21. Oh cute tins are everywhere! Lol. I have a red tin tea bag container shaped as a phone booth and I love it so much lol. Dollar store tins are so cute. I love the holidays and tins at the dollar store are so much fun to collect from there.
Thank you Sandra for this amazing giveaway! 🙂

  22. Yes I buy things just because a pretty container because who don’t want their things look aesthetic and for lifestyle decor❤️❤️btw I love those sketches and I really need them coz I am an art brut😂😅

  23. Yup – I’ve bought bath stuff (that I don’t use) because it came in a cool wire box. It’s now housing random art supplieson my desk! Thanks for the chance to win!

  24. Yes i do. Any container and at time that catches my eye. I will figure something out for it later. Lol

  25. 😊 Very, very, very often. Pens and Pencils in wooden or metallic boxes. Chewing gums and cookies and soaps in retro metallic boxes. Ahhh, I love tins!!!! Of cours for my art stuff. … and other things too.😊

  26. Yes, I am guilty of buying something for the pretty box but did use the box for other purposes and mostly used what was in the box as well lol

  27. Sure! If I can see that a box would be cute on my shelf or it would bring me joy as I used it….. I pick up containers and boxes and tins! Thanks for this great give away!

  28. Boxes and tins are one of my weaknesses! I will always go for the containers. So many uses for them. Thanks for the chance.

  29. I have absolutely done this! Most recently, I bought tea for the cute tins that are perfect for little first aid boxes for my purse.

  30. Yes 🙂 I love the little tins that various candies and mints come in sometimes, as well as tea tins. Around Christmas there is a shop I go to called “Taste of Britain” that always carries the cutest variety of tins containing the Walker Shortbreads. Also, I like saving jars sometimes if they have color or carved designs to use for interesting storage or flower vases. While it’s only part of a container, I am also collecting the lids from Bath n’ Body Works candles, along with various shapes and styles of veggie lids, for a one day ‘metal flower garden’ artwork. Thanks for this wonderful giveaway! 🙂

  31. but of course, hahaha! or a pair of shoes with nothing to wear them with. or a bag that matches nothing I own. or a few too many pencil cases I will never fill or remember where it is if I did fill it. so. uh. yeah. hahahahahaha!

  32. holy COW yes! embarrassingly too many times, Sandra! Why do you think I got into nibs etc? I wanted the darn metal tin that holds them! Don’t even get me started all the metal palettes!!! EEK!

  33. Absolutely!! Pretty containers are such fun to collect and hopefully use!! Thank you for another outstanding giveaway. I appreciate the chance to win.

  34. Yes, I buy things for the container all the time. That’s how I got a lot of the storage space for many things and nobody is the wiser. And yes, I too bought my husband candy because I wanted the container…lol.

  35. I love to find fun uses for containers, but I’ve never gone out of my way to buy something just for the container.

  36. Actually I did so just recently. There was a beautiful orange box with a golden mandala on the top that contained a shower gel and a body lotion. I just had to have this box, never minding the perfume of the products a all.

  37. I love pretty little containers and tins, and yes I am guilty of buying a tin just because it’s so pretty. I also buy more little notebooks than I need because of the terrific cover art. Tragic 🙂

  38. Many THANKS for another opportunity to win fantastic supplies❣️
Oh YES!!! I’ve definitely bought a product for the container 😍

  39. GUILTY!!! lol. i’ve been buying things all my life because of the container! And yes, I save them to use in my arts/crafts. I have several small tins i use for brushes, pencils, etc. This is an AMAZING giveaway!!! good luck to all of us 🙂

  40. All the time! I think I was a hermit crab in another life and the boxes and tins I collect remind me of the shells in that other life…

  41. Yes, I can’t resist items that come in plastic containers or pretty boxes. But I at least try to keep it to containers that have contents I can use.

  42. At age 76, I bought a Hello Kitty Lunchbox just so I could fill it with my art supplies! My first pretty metal embossed box purchase was when I was in my teens. Got it from the bakery where I was working. It was filled with the best rugelach I’ve ever had. A friend recently gave me a lovely tin from some ginger thins because she knows how much I love decorated tins, whether full of goodies or empty!

    1. I love boxes and, if I don’t like the content, I buy them. Last week I did it at Lidl because of the imagine: Eiffel Tower! (I love Paris ❤)
P.S. I’ll scatter the biscuits to feed little birds

  43. I love purchasing things because the packaging is just so adorable! In particular, there was a small jar of honey that was shaped like an actual honey comb that I just had to get because I wanted the jar. I can’t resist cute containers for products!

  44. LOL! Oh, yes! I have little watercolor palettes of craft-level paint just so I could have the palette… and then there were the gum and candy tins a few Christmases ago. True that I ate the candy, but I bought them for the tins!

  45. Oh no…not me… never! Those wonderful boxes of art supplies are not at all tempting…. nor are the pretty tea boxes and chocolate boxes and… okay…. you get the idea. Those catchy little boxes are challenging….

  46. I wish I could say no, I only purchased things I really needed. But then who doesn’t need another pretty container? Guilty!

  47. LOL! I pretty much have a whole closet busting at the seams holding all the pretty containers.

  48. My house is getting full so I go you substance now and those brushes are intriguing. Other products you use have been winners so I’ll watch for these.

  49. I’m pretty sure that I may have been guilty of buying something for the container. But wow, to win this prize means that I would get the beautiful tin containing the wonderful notebook 😍😍😍

  50. Yes, if the container is awesome enough and it is either worth the price on its own or the contents are at least useful.

  51. Mostly I buy for the contents but then I have to look for a pretty or useful container! Thanks for this giveaway.

  52. Some years ago while in the USA, I spotted 2 beautiful large tins with gorgeous scenery on them. They were filled with flavoured popcorn which I was “forced” to eat! Then I had the difficulty of packing those huge tins into my luggage to get them home to Australia, but I’ve never regretted buying them. They now store my art sponges and other miscellaneous supplies and I love to look at them!
Thanks for the opportunity to win such beautiful Zen materials!

  53. I ALWAYS shop for the container – especially if they’re tin. But I even buy my journals this way – could be trash paper, but if the cover is pretty I want it. This is largely why MyHusband doesn’t allow me to shop so much by myself.

  54. I most definitely sometimes buy a product for the container. I even give away what’s inside and keep the container.
