Artist Ambassador for Zebra Pens. I'm a self-taught artist who dances about with all sorts of artistic mediums. My main loves are Watercolor, Zentangle and Ballpoint pen. The subjects of my work are many and varied and change at whim. I'm a little bit crazy, but doesn't that come with being an artist? At my Life Imitates Doodles Blog, I post a list of resource links for Tangles, Tutorials and Giveaways two times a week. I also write reviews, hold giveaways and share my art work. View more posts
Thanks for sharing your art. It is wonderful. And inspiring!
Thank you! I had fun with this one!
a visual feast and what amazing textures
I had a .07 multiliner SP pen that was almost out of ink, and you can get some lovely 'marks' when that happens. It's all random, but you keep building. Then I switched to a Sharpie which has a distinctly blue cast compared to the multiner. Lastly, add the fat Pitt brush pen for shading, and it really did add complexity. I barely had to do anything–the pens did it all!
